What guild would the fc be serving and would you be premading?

Ok so, the guild is Twinked. You cn all make FC's il fund you but to see who is on A team we would nee to test you or see how comited you are. So the way that would work is you all make charecters il give you each 1kg and get to 19 whoever shows most ambition/comitment will get A team and of course we can swap out ppl for A team (take turns).
