Full BIS non BOA shammy

Can somebody please make me a chardev of a level 19 Full bis non boa shammy? with enchants and all.
 
No need for this, BOA's with the exception of helm and cloak are obtainable by all players.
 
This thread interests me as I am in the process of regearing my horde elemental shaman on a server without a main. One question on my mind now...

Is the petrified shinbone (+3 stm/+3 crit) really the best choice for a weapon without the BoA mace? I've dug around & couldn't find a better one hand.
 
If you're elemental get the resil mace. I've honor capped numerous times.
 
why would gloom shroud armour be good wouldn't armour of the fang be a little better?
 
crit for more burst potential. its personal pref though. most enh shams prefer as much crit as they can get because healers in 19s can heal through steady dps most of the time.

I have a bit over 2k honor. My problem is playing a gimped class in gimped gear on a server without much activity (for now...) leaves me pugging my way to a better weapon (currently guillotine axe w/+ 30sp). If I were to grab the resil weapon, it'd be a waste of that honor grind. Idealistically I need the BoA/JP works as far as gear is concerned. The utility of the class/spec has no equal. That being said, I cannot kill, damage, or heal much at all. I just try to make my totems, & t-storm, purge, windsheer, & heal as beneficial as possible, while crying inside as I look at the post game chart & my kill/death ratio. QQ
