Full BiS level 1 hunter.....now what?

Im begging you to apply about 2 seconds of thought to this question

just very confused .. although i dont have any lvl1 hunter twink atm, i was planning to, hence bought many of these type of gears .. now someone said mastery doesnt apply, which turns out yeah it doesnt .. then whats these type of gears for when they have all the stats ? thought i ask here, if i have collected the wrong stuff .. then i will just throw them back onto AH for someone else to buy them
