Mannoroth server is tough for the AGM.



- STV is near always busy with questers

- many achievements are in STV



i have a player i got a AGM on 2 years ago, he was camped at the arena for almost 4 months. even the 3-6-9am check didn't work. back then broke 70's used the chest contents to try to make money.



the last 2 players got luckier, i got them when new events, new patch content raids, etc. i got them in the time period you mention you are having issues with? right when brewfest kicked off, a player i know got 6 in 2 days.



many no shows due to many players being gear and achievement whores. those 80's in STV disappear.



when the halloween event kicks off, i would say same dealio. those whores will not only be running there 80's/mains thru the grind, but usually do all their players. headless horseman will more than likely be 80 content too like brewfest boss was

good point shanker. I did notice activity of 80s at Gurubashi to decrease for the 1st few days of holiday or new raid content.

if you have the $$ to spend here is how to do it.



1. Create a toon of the opposite faction to get pertinent gear of opposite faction.



2. choose a low populated PvP server that has a H:A ratio in your favor

...I've found that very little people do STV on PvP servers especially when the opposite faction is outnumbered.

levelers probably didnt like the fact that the chest was always camped by twinks with 80 body guards. anyways im all for the achievement if it inspires world pvp.

This is valid. I brought my pvp guild, every night at 9, and we made it a blast. Fighting the same opposing guild for 30 minutes, until everyones death timer is at 2min and Celebrating with a disco and fireworks when I got the AGM. I have too many trinkets to get another, but maybe I will, just for the excitement.

this post took me back, my first twink guild was seeded through a larger raiding guild named <archangel>, and the alliance also had a twink guild seeded through another raiding guild named <catalyst>, we both decided to farm agm's around the same time. We'd have really epic 5v5-15v15's every three hours.. for a whole friggin month.. it was really exciting.



needless to say, we all eventually gout our agms and the fights stopped, the guilds dissolved but the time we had was awesome and very memorable

I'm on a fully populated PVP server, and so far I've painfully solo'ed three.



Don't get me started on the fishing hat.

I was fairly liked on my server, I was one of the better 80 rogues. (there were definitely better) and they all figured out who Jailbot was just by watching me play him outside org...

When it came time for me to get AGM I had like about 20 baddies, and 10 good players who at different times would help me.



Made getting it in 5 days pretty easy.. Thats not the "Best time ever" By any means but it's alright.

On my server recently there's been a group of Internet Athletes camping the chest selling it for 300g. Can't really ninja the chest when 3-5 pallys giving each other hand jobs on top of it.

Just about the only chest I could get when I was going for it on my level 1 pally was 6 AM and sometimes 9 am, it took me a couple weeks.

e: okay there were MORE people on today @ midnight/3 a.m. then there were at noon/3 p.m.!

e2: 11/12. Going for #12 hopefully @ 3 a.m. got it with only comp being a priest today, who feared me -> loot, i killed him right after. Only thing left was the arena master.
