EU+US Frost DK Secondary Stat Priority?

I'm not quite sure what I should be focusing on. If anyone knows what the best secondary stats for me to build for this, let me know. I've been going crit recently because of what websites have told me for 7.0+ frost dk

Purely my opinion:
Haste > crit > mastery/vers

Haste increases rune regen speed, attack speed, GCD and DOT. Rune regen gives more uses of obliteration, therefore generating more runic power. Attack speed gives higher chance for Killing machine to proc, also stacks Razorice on targets quicker. Lower GCD = faster rotation. Increased dot dmg just benefits frost fever from howling blast. Just purely from increased rune regen makes haste the priority for frost dks.

Crit gives higher chance on attacks to crit hit, dealing more dmg. 2nd best stat to focus cause you do 2 auto attacks at a time, frost strike also attacks twice, meaning you can crit on a lot of hits, therefore raising your dps by a lot.

Mastery increases frost dmg dealt, vers increases dmg dealt, healing done (death strike) and reduced dmg taken. These 2 stats are just slight benefits to your overall dmg output. If you find yourself getting bursted u might want some vers for better healing on death strike, but generally I wouldn't recommend stacking these 2.

crit>mastery. Reason for this are: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=51128/killing-machine and http://www.wowhead.com/spell=59057/rime. Obliterate generates runic power for either breath of sindragosa or for frost strikes to trigger killing machines when you have obliteration up. Getting as many obliterates out as possible is the name of the game and those rime procs make howling blast hit like a truck. Been playing frost since the pre-patch and I can tell you that those websites you've been visiting aren't wrong when they say to go for crit.
