Frost and Shadow Oil

Anyone try these out lately? Wondering if they're usable, if they work and if they're any good.

I just tested shadow oil on my 79 enh. On a lvl 80 dummy, it hits for 7 to 9 dmg. It's useless. Will buy the frost oil recipe as well, but I'm not holding my breath.

Frost Oil is pretty sick actually, it procs a slowing bolt that can be nice if you want extra snare coverage. It's hard to put down the sharpeners and wizard oil though. Sadly the shadow oil is indeed sorry.

Tested Frost Oil as well, seems broken at 79. Hit the same lvl 80 dummy for a few minutes, zero procs. Wailed on a 85 mob in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms for a while, again zero procs. No dmg, no slow debuff, nothing, Skada recorded nothing. Probably doesn't work past a certain level.

if you are 59, you might want to test out another buff .. Flame Cap
