Fresh 29 Arcane Mage need help/advice (New to Twinking)

As the title says i just locked XP on my Arcane Mage and I need some advice for replacing my Heirlooms for example which is best? Staff, One hand + off hand , or Wand + off hand?
and things like that.

I'm not an expert on Mages, but I would think 1H+OH would be better since you can enchant Ele Force on the 1H and +Int on the OH. Probably even better if you can get a high iLvl Wand for its ranged attacks.

Just my opinion though. Hopefully someone who plays a Mage can chime in.

PS: You have an Agility necklace on btw.
