After some discussion and myself accepting responsibilities for the added labor, we've decided to enable posting in the TI Archive. Posts that are Necro'd will be moved out of the archive and into the primary part of the forums.
My reasoning for this is because people should be able to reflect, and reminisce together, without having to ask for a staff members permission.
