Hey, sorry I'm late to this thread, but I could transfer a pay to play level 20 (sorry my robotic friend had problems so it took a little while) using this method. I was not able to do so on a F2P.I might try this chargeback thing but it just feels scummy to me.

Yeah, some people have moral issues with the CC thing, which is fair enough. I wouldn't recommend doing it on your main account, only on a newly started one, just in case it goes wrong. Then, if it works, then you can link it to any paid accounts you have.
I only made the character on BWL to test out Redridge on a higher population PvP realm. I actually found more PvP in Westfall riding to get the Foreman than I did in RR. It just seemed like more competition for chests and getting one shot by 90s than actual low level PvP for me, so I gave up. That, and I did a few BFD runs and got almost no greens for mog, so I just lost interest in it. I didn't bother finishing his gear.
