Apart from the agi ring and gloomshroud that you already mentioned, I would suggest a pair of shadowfangs with landslide, gnomer agi/power bracers, touch of the void, AB boots, and slither dog helm.
Im not sure how well the prisoner shoes scale, but the AB boots have 18 AP on them.

True what I described is a glass cannon set, but the great part about being a BM is all that AP translates directly into your bubble, so you may have 4k hp on a BG, but you will also have a refreshable 7k bubble on as well.
