Forming a party with other realm friend via CRZ's ?

If I want to get in a party with someone on another realm, how can I find out which zone would be a cross realm zone for us right now, if any? Does blizzard let you look this up on their website or via some other means?
Getting raped by level 90's from other realms while trying to get the AGM is fun, don't get me wrong, but it would be nice if there was some benefit to CRZ's that we could actually use.

as long as you are on the same "type" of realm pvp /norm/rp or what ever tanaris is usualy a safe bet . you can teleport there from a portal in dalaran .(caverns of time )

So I take this to mean that Blizzard does not provide this information in any kind of way that can be referenced Oh well, thanks for the response.

While on the topic, what would be a good zone to try that's not as hard to get to for alliance( eg in same section of the map as SW or Ironforge)? Any suggestions?
