Forgotten Creation not scaling with timewalking. Any tips?

Trying to get the Amnesia necklace in Dragonflight from the Forgotten Creation rare on my 11 Warrior. I've selected Outlands Scaling as well as Dragonflight. I've tried leaving timewalking and coming back. I've tried grouping and party syncing with an 80 (the mob was not lootable on the 11 Twink). Nothing seems to work.

I had no problems the first twink I did. Any idea why it's not working now? The mob just appears as ?? and obliterates the twink.

Change your timeline around. I find Shadowlands always has Necrotic Wake as lvl 50 and un-enterable but when i change timeline i can wormhole back there and zone in no problem. Maybe the timeline you're in when trying to kill him is affecting it?

Found the answer. That account hasn't had someone complete the Dragonflight campaign on that account. So I just used the 70 boost I had from buying TWW and that sorted the problem out. Flew back there on the 11 Twink and the Forgotten Creation was correctly scaled to my level, and Amnesia dropped on the first kill.

on a vet acct, i have only done two zones of the campaign, i could not get the neck off the rare in azure span because that required doing the campaign.

i have been able to kill the forgotten creation which was recommended to F2P that can also only do 2 zones, i got the ilvl 24 neck on a 10 druid after 5 kills,

lmao i just did the same thing, got it from my very first forgotten creation

this is a vet10 unsub on a DF capped acct, in current time, LFD shows DF dungeons, this player only did enough of the walking shores campaign in order to get the 20 slot reagent bag. SS of today's kill, the forgotten creation is a 10 elite for me.
