Forest Buckler vs. Arctic Buckler

I have a shaman with the godfathered Arctic Buckler. I do not have Forest Buckler yet but i am starting to think about getting one. Which shield is better for a shaman?

yeah,,,,,,that's why you see "based on players goals and style" many:

- ele-spec shams wearing the cloth BOA helm over the leather or mail one they can wear.........because stats > armor

- paladin's wearing a cloth LFH for 5 more stam over a mail BOA helm with way more armor.....because depending on your goal.....stats > armor

- FC druids prove more than any class....stats > armor.

Armor is not a negligeble stat and arctic buckler provides a significant amount.
