Hmm I just read all the posts by him and in that forum you linked and it just looks like he's making light of the situation life and God has put him into and moving on with it. He's still talking smack in, and about WoW, despite his disability. I find it to be quite inspiring. If he can still have that much fervor and enjoyment without feeling down on himself; it goes to show that some of us who go about life feeling bad for ourselves for basically insignificant things in comparison to that, should do the same.
