For players with +4 resistance on cloak (shows +1 equipped)

With the Qs fixed I finally got into a game to test the enchant out.

Turns out that around 30% of the time I can resist around 9-19% magic damage, 13-14% mostly, so the enchant still works.
Although I can't say it's better than gift of versatility though (movement speed and whatnot).

It was only after one game, I still havent gotten into another Q yet.

After a number of games, the average resistance has beein around 13-14% and 18-19% on majority of the attacks.
However, for whatever reason, Elemental Force rarely gets resisted. I'll be doing further testing on it.
