Can someone please give me the short version of the fastest way to obtain this? From the outside looking in id guess that i will have to level an engineer, do quest to open up molten front, place enchant on boa bow/gun, and then mail to my 19. Would i be correct in assuming this path? I hope there is a quicker method. Not looking forward to doing all quest to open up molten front. Thanks in advance for any advice given be it non toxic :)
This is assuming that it is still obtainable.

Make a level 100 Hunter trial on Aerie Peak Alliance (assuming you’re US) and I’ll give you one.

At the moment you can only put it on BoA ranged weapons due to it making items soul bound.
 
checked ah several times with no luck which leads me to believe that it can not be bought on ah. really wish it could

do yourself a favor and level a crafting toon. besides the engi item you need on the gun, a high level leather worker has all the shoulder/leg kit for your boa armor.
im not sure if blizz is still offering boosting but if you have one unused level a toon to 60 with the professions you want before you use the boost. i made a trial 100 to try and do the same thing but it didnt work since the professions weren’t leveled first.
