EU+US Flintlocke's Woodchucker

been trying to find this item in AH in my server and can't manage to find it. Also I went on my main and check guild engineers and no one has this schematic to make it, it's a guild full of 100's glads and others, someone should have it. Was this taken out or something?

That means they can only be built by level 85+ characters with max Engineering whom have both completed all the quests in Mount Hyjal AND spent about a month doing dailies in Molten Front. Plus, the mats are really damn expensive."

Correct on the first bit, my Druid has the pattern and makes them regularly for my main LvL 100 Hunter, and my 10/70 Twinks. The mats however aren't remotely expensive on even a Medium pop Realm group. When the Woodchucker is available on AH it's usually between 240-550 gold, fairly standard price for Weapon "Enchants".
