Contains a lot of information about almost everything fishing related but ofc it is meant for higher level players. So I would do a little research before commiting to someting that is not even posible at lvl 20.
Notable "interesting things" would be:
1. Mounts -
Sea Turtle
Riding turtle
Darkwater Skate
Pond Nettle
Great Sea Ray
2. Pets/Toys -
too many and it is in the guide I linked
3. Achievements -
Almost all of them but you cant finnish the Salty title one unfortunetly
4. Fishing gear -
Drip while fishing is necessary
5. Rare fish / items you can sell if you have gametime -
Dustbringer
Steelscale Crushfish
Broken Wine Bottle
And much more
Really up to you what you want.

I don't know what to catch anyway. Isn't the only interesting thing to catch are 5 maunts and 1 raft toy?

Kalu'ak Fishing rod allows you permanent underwater breathing once it's equipped in your Fishing Tool slot.
Probably one of the most useful items to have from fishing IMO.

I bought a long time ago Shadowlands, but abandoned, I had a character of 50 level, Chromy I do not have, will I be able to catch him?

but I don't know if I'm a veteran... I didn't have a 60 level character, but I bought a subscription. All veterans have a Chromie, but I don't.

You've bought a sub on the account in the past = you are a veteran status account if you're not subscribed currently.

There are still requirements to unlock Chromie Time apart from just having had a subscription in the past.

I did like 16k attempts, @Cristi did 30k and no mount drop
