A lot? Lets see some armories then. I have only seen one person with the hat that didn't already have it. Some troll hunter. Worst ratio 3 to 1? quest ahs been out for an entire 2 days. I don't know how you've done it 3 times on one character already, unless you are saying out of 3 toons, one got it.
