Fishing Question, please help.

1) Can you do the Marcia quest for fishing at 19? Or are they level 70+????



2) Can a level 1 get 450 fishing?



3) Can you turn off exp at level 1 or do you need to wait till level 10?

could be wrong, but i believe you need to be level 10 to get 450 fishing

You can not get 450 fishing at level 1.



Fishing Dailies are not available at level 19.



You can turn exp off at level 1.

fishing starts at level 5.
