First Time Twinker (Priest advice needed)

Hey there guys/gals.



A few friends have been really going at it in the twinking game, so i thought i'd join in as it's always seemed like a fun idea. Anyway, my questions are simple.



What are some of the best items i should get? How do i get that item?



What is a good alternative to an item i'm struggling to obtain?



The best talent spec to go for a healer? Why it is beneficial?



General tips of twinking greatly appreciated, as i'm new to the whole i idea, take it easy on me, hope i can get alot of adivce from you twinks!

Firstly, Welcome Falsé, I hope you enjoy your stay at Twinkinfo.



As far as 39 priests are concerned..lets see now.



So you wish to be a healing priest, Disc with mabye acouple in holy is the best by far.



To make a twink, you need to plan ahead...create a sorte map. Some gear needs to come from quests, some from instances, as well as world drops needing to be found on the AH.

But I do caution you, healing priests can be quite stressful without running with a group.
 
19/11/0 is a great build. very balanced.



you should be using mainly instant casts (renew, sw;p, dispel, shield, devouring plague)
 
Jadyn, a regular poster here at twinkinfo, has a great guide for 39 priests. Its basically the one stop shop, giving you details on just about every spec and piece of gear avaliable to you.

ok, i'll take a little look through the guide. I will be running BG's with a group of friends - ret pala - ele shaman and a few others.

Yeah, I'm going to be copying it here. Pwn Depot takes a long time to load. >.<
 
What I have seen very usefull in the 39 bracket is staking all eagle and intellect getting as much mana ad you can. Priest job dispel, renew, shield dot that is what priest is to me anyway.
 
well, i think i'm getting there on my priest, just missing a few enchants - people with stamina etc on bracers are rare, and trying to find underworld bands is a pain.

There are Underworld Bands on our AH, you're just too cheap to fork out and buy them! It won't drop below 200g!
 
200g is good. They're 500g on Kilrogg these days. =/
