There is no way, sadly.
But there is anotehr way, get a mage to open a portal to shrine, then makee your way to Timeless isle... will take time.

GET A MAGE. Read the other quotes, or get 2 ppl to summon you threw a dungeon stone, there is NO WAY TO GET OUT. NO WAY!

1) Get a Port to Shrine of Two Moons
2) Set Hearthstone there
3) Fly out of The Vale of Eternal Bloosoms
4) Collect flight paths on the way to the Timeless Isle
5) Collect Timeless Coins from mud piles
6) Use a Seagull to get a ride around the isle
7) When near the vendor, log out while on the Seagull to fall from it when you log back in
8) Swiftly get to the Vendor and buy the Fire Watcher's Oath
9) Gtfo of that place!
10) Enjoy

tried 20s vs 20s in timeless isle, does not work.
tried going ordos emisssary with legends artifacts, it removes it.
so u can get p2p friend 85should work and be 2hours trying to hit him for bloody coin.
