Even with the limited amount of SP at 19, it may be worth a try.

I wouldn't say limited...



I can get 161 fire spell power completely unbuffed [I switch up the gloves and belt from my usual GC set], and that is not including BoAs (2 trinkets, shoulders, and staff giving 178 fire spell power). I think one can get 1 extra point on the cloak, but I may be mistaken.



The elixir, oil, and bloodthistle bonuses can put this at 207.

In my opinion. ice shards is a waste of talent points since the base crit chance is like 6%. IMO I would rather have more control then a measly amount of dmg improvement

Well, the idea was to make a bursting mage. Mages should have a chance at bursting low levels, too.
