Fiery Blaze Enchant...worth it?

Can be usefull, but fiery's better imo.

well, actually maybe I should have prefaced it with the fact that the twink Ive been working with is warrior lvl 19. I play the role of hunter distractor. I am often charging from the GY into a BUNCH of hunters AND their pets. Hunters LOVE focusing on me. Which I have NO problem with...you see if they are after me then they arent after my healers or Flag runners. There have been times that I may have 3 or more hunter pets on me and have dispatched almost all of them before dying. What with the Shield spike and Improved Thunderclap and a friendly Druid thorns...and can do quite a bit of damage - so I was considering adding this to the mix by enchanting the heirloom thrash blade. I agree this would not be practical for most rogues or pretty much any other class. So, a warrior is what I was kind of asking about.

As a warrior, it is not uncommon for me to have 2 to 3 pets on me in addition to a rogue or two. How does the proc of fiery compare to the aoe of the blaze. Oranges to tangerines. Fiery is good only for my particular target. Blaze is aoeing all pets and pc's around me. Therefore more dps overall. Think of it not in terms of one on one.

you're missing th epoint guys...
it does it in AOE thus you have to calculte it on 2-3 mobs at once...
it does rival FIERY in damage, just that it spread that damage thru the number of people around you. the more you have around you the more damage it will generate. and to be honest firey weapons is biased as it really shouldn't be doing that much damage at lower level like that !
in all cases i'd still choose fiery, but this one is not bad either !

but i do agree that its rare to end up 6v1.
either that or i'm just too good that they have to be all on me to defeat me.
