@DAXinko my stat weights for spell power/intellect normalized are .84/1

Yeah. I guess better version could have also an socket. Maybe some special secondary.
Also I got ring with +6 Speed (that is 2% speed) but i would trade:
-11 Intel
-10 Haste
+22 Vers
+6 Speed
(If I remember it right)
