A couple more questions:
1. Boud told me that if I want to go for "gold earned" achievements, i should buy lockboxes. But as far as I know, they are openable only by rogues of level 24+, so how can I open them at level one warrior?
2. Who is top in achievements now? And how many?

When a rogue opens a lockbox it no longer has the "Locked" word on it. You can now trade it or mail it to anyone and they may open it without hassle.

Pretty sure chubs is still top in achieves.... Like 4k? I think. Not entirely sure.

when a lockbox is traded, all its loot is gone from what i've heard.

Worked in cata, and either way, the "will not be traded" slot is there for a reason.
