ferals get bite at 22 in legion

Shuriken Toss is 11 and shadowstep at 13.
 
FoF no longer has a stun, but it can be channeled while moving (requires level 28)

Shamans can wear mail from level 1

displacer beast requires level 30

counterspell requires level 26
blazing speed lasts for 6 seconds rather than 1,5 seconds
Ice Barrier requires level 14

Tigers Lust requires level 30

denounce requires level 16

Psychic Scream requires level 12
Void Tendrils requires level 12
Holy Word:Chastise now does 400% spellpower damage instead of 63% and incapacitates for 5 seconds
Mind Blast requires level 18

Crippling poison requires level 19
shadowstep requires level 13
backstab requires level 1

thunder clap requires level 26
rend requires level 75

arcane shot costs no focus! same % dmg
chance to get hunters mark when using arcane shot/multi shot on a target
Marked Shot: Rapidly fires a shot at up to 3 targets affected by Hunter's Mark, dealing 350% Physical damage. Usable while moving.
Also exposes Vulnerabilities in the target, snaring them by 15%, and increasing Aimed Shot damage done to the target by 25%. Lasts 10 sec, and stacks up to 3 times.
Exhilaration: Instantly heal yourself for 50% of max health.
Black Arrow: Fires a Black Arrow at the target, dealing 0 damage over 0.
Momentum: When any of your attacks cause a critical strike there is a chance the cooldown of Disengage will be reduced by 10%.
True Aim: For every successive Arcane, Marked or Aimed Shot used to attack the same target, those Shots deal 2% more damage to the target, stacking up to 20 times. Can only affect one target at a time.
Lone Wolf Your damage dealt with Auto Shot, Steady Shot and Aimed Shot is increased by 30%


here u got some new hunter stuff, these are all for MM only. so theres a fucktone of other stuff for bm/survival aswell
 
Lol the essential spells are now learnt at late levels XD
How about moving auto attack to level 90
 
just dumped 181k into a shaman xmog + 200k on woodworking & metalworking gloves because I find purging ppl hilarious

now it's lvl 42

Disengage now has a 1 second CD but posthaste now requires level 30
