Feral Druid need Neck, Cloak input

Hello everyone,

I am new to the bracket and Twinkinfo but I used to have 19-29 twinks in the past. I absolutely love the item scaling, and making use of some of the odd older items.

I am almost done gearing my feral druid, and now I need to level it. However I have no clear idea what I want for the Neck and Cloak slot. I don't have the legendary cloak, but is their some crazy old world item for these slots like the 20% less silence duration for casters necklace? I was just planning on using the highest item level WOD world drop i could find .

(I know I want the MOP PVP trinkets and the legendary quest-chain ring when i'm high enough level.)

Just curious, why level 91?

I'm in the process of leveling to 99, i'm just enjoying playing in the EXP on bracket with the WOD crafted gear.
