Feral Druid Gear

Stable increase in damage done, or a small percentage of crit? I'd take the stable increase

Lets just get this down. Weapon DPS is THE best way to increase dmg period. Crits are important yes but tbh a stable increase in damage is usally only better. Crit is imporant but dont sacrafice weapon dps for crit.

right, but when you crit, your damage is at 200% of whatever that lower dps number is, vs. the slightly higher number if you value dps over everything. I can kill an opponent when I crit. I've found it very hard to kill someone without critting. Okay, Okay, fairly impossible.

i never said anything about DPS, you're the ones that are making stuff up.

I stated.

The higher the weapon damage the more you will hit due to the top end damage, and claiming that i won't do as much because of crit.. makes no sense at all as you have 1% more crit with the riot stick.. i just don't understand what you're talking about, DPS doesn't effect mangle damage at all. Weapon Damage =/= DPS

"44-55 Weapon Damage in Cat Form

21.06% crit

8.78% hit

Vs

44-53 Weapon Damage in Cat Form

19.98% crit

12.47% hit"

You lose hit which is wasted against 20's but not 24's, i don't why you're debating crit vs weapon damage =/

ur p2p go 24 to smash the nerds and kids in this brackets lololol

i would rather not, ive been a twinker since early BC, and seeing as this brackets more balanced then 29s currently, im going to play here, by the invisible rules set in place.

your feeding the bad stereotype of twinks wanting to do nothing but shit all over undergeared players. I, on the other hand, enjoy competitive play.

Edit: Got the gloves to drop first run this morning, out rolled by a hunter....65 to 66

Double Edit: She's done outside of BoAs and AGM. See you in the gulch :)

IMO I would take the eyepatch incase boomy ever does anything and so roots will actually hit somebody if he goes resto ;) riot stick might be win for feral, but eyepatch is win for druids

the stable increase in damage does roughly nothing for you. A fight (at least for me anyway) lasts, what, 5-10 seconds? One more crit in there will make an exceptionally larger influence on the outcome of the fight than a marginal white damage increase.

I disagree with this. This is lvl 85 raid logic when you have to beat on a boss for 10 minutes. (in my opinion of course)

well it appears that both share the same weapon dps at level 20 anyway, its just time to decide which ones stats i'd rather have.

Too bad weapon dps is meaningless when your attack speed will always be 1 second regardless of the weapon.

its actually the opposite. it takes your weapons dps and matches your cat form damage to be the equivalent of the weapons standard dps.
