Feral Druid Chardev, is it viable?

Heya folks. Idolator here. Been bored with WoW lately and was thinking of things to do, so I thought, "Hey, why not twink my favourite class (Feral Druid), at 39?"

I've fooled around with Chardev and some armories and made my own little gearset, though out of the 10ish BGs I've done on my warrior, Idolator, I'm not exactly sure if my feral druid will survive long in this set. In no means is it glass cannon to the extreme, but it's somewhat low on health. I've put it together based on my knowledge (My knowledge could be wrong though. xD) on stats and Chardev's stats. Surprised to see Protector's Band, according to Chardev outputs more DPS than every other 39 ring for a feral.

(Update: I've fixed a few things up. Chardev doesn't have the correct enchants for Green Lens so just pretend it's of the Monkey for now. Rofl.)

The obvious things I can see from a quick glance and not spending too much time on it...

1) I think you only need 3% hit now for soft cap, chardev is still showing the old 5% needed. Therefore you can go 12 Agi to boots, you lose hardly any crit and gain a nice amount of AP more.
2) Ring - Aquamarine Signet of the Monkey is going to be WAY better than Protector's Band overall.
3) 15 Agi to gloves is going to be WAY better than 26 AP for both AP and crit.
4) I would personally take Grovekeeper's Drape for cloak, lose 1 Agi and 1 Stam to gain 5 crit in place of the haste. Personal choice really.
5) Trinket wise, you want AGM which you can switch out for Devourer's when it is on CD (especially going glass-cannon). I have to say although it adds more on demand burst, I think Searing Words is a better trinket overall now.
6) 16 armor patch to Heirloom Legs.
7) I would also choose a different chest for more Stamina but you seem to be going for more dps than surviving!
8) Unearthed Bands as you already know, preferably in "of the Monkey" variety if possible.

Copy the one i have in my link, its my standard bg gear i have an arena set also reason why i have so much hit because i dont want them fairie fires to miss or the ns roots
Could also use boa pants up2 you still have hit cap either way its all down to personal preferance

When I updated my Chardev I was kinda' taking pieces from your 39 feral.

Also I just realized, Cloak of Coordination's enchants are GF'd. They nerfed it to be Ilvl 60. Thank god, since my 39 warrior has the cloak and the Cata enchants still work as long as you enchanted it before 5.2
