I've been running around trying to find her for a few hours now, no luck.. I have not seen anyone else here trying to farm her. Not a single sight of her. Trying to get the robes. Anyone have any tips? I watched every vid and read every comment on wowhead.. I cannot find her to save my life lol

Here's how you do it:
1. Make your targetting macro like: /tar Feni (as short as possible to minimise risk of typos)
2. Hang out at the Cryo-core, spamming your macro
3. After killing her at the Cryo-core make your way up to the Vector Coil and spam your macro around in a loop up there (including on your way up the hill, she can be on the path)
4. If she isn't there /or after killing her at the Vector Coil, head back down to the Cryo-core again and repeat from 1.

i.e. spend most of your time at the Cryo-core, as there are too many mobs up at the vector coil plus lots of questers so while you are fighting your way to her other players can easily end up killing her - even if they don't care - she jumps ppl.

It’s on a 1 hour respawn time I think so just need to get the 1st kill so you know when to log back in. Pain in the arse to farm unless you have a high level char to find her more quickly and even then it’s a painful farm.
 
I believe she can be in two places at the same time. There can be a copy at the Cryo-core and *also* at the Vector Coil.
At the Cryo-core she does a loop, stealthed so you won't see her (but the macro will), close around the outside wall of the building. She does not go inside. You can go up onto the side of the roof and not agro any of the mobs there. But every now and then you will need to loop around, esp if there are other players questing there.
 
Just a heads up for you guys I've found her as early as 30 minutes after killing her, and averaging at around 45 min respawn. When I was farming her I had 1 character at the corner where her 2 patrols on the west met, and 1 at the cryo core.
 
I got my 19 mage circling cryo and my 120 priest running around vector, nothing.. Am I really this unlucky?

I’m not sure that’s correct. Might be more likely that it’s due to how server phasing works these days. All playe

Do you find it easy to see her in stealth as slow level character?
 
She can also spawn in the blood elven camps of Blood Watch.

I don't this is very common, but I can confirm I saw her at least once or twice in my 40+ kills.

I also don't believe her spawn is strictly 1-Hour and there are a few comments on WoWhead reporting changes to the spawn frequency after patch 7.1.5.

I don’t think server hopping works as before. You just get put into a random phase, depending on the population of the area at the time. Doesn’t matter which server you are on.
