Rocket jump is so big for getting out of the enemy flagroom with rogues on D. I don't know how many times I pulled a rocket jump-> antivenom -> ghost wolf (maybe pop swiftness) to get past the rogues on D. Thunderstorm can also get you some breathing room. IMO, goblin is the only way to go.
If you can save swiftness for the 195% speed run through mid it's better.

I think drama was looking for oppinions on gear... And since he has Grizzled Boots, the sham mustv'e been made before cata.
 
looms are essential for FC shammies because of the upgrade from cloth to leather/mail*, get LFH, and try for matching cape/belt from the satchel of helpful goods. aside those 8/10 IMO blue mogs look great on shammies
