Druid, because you have the variance of different speccs and playstyles! You like BIG Crits and Melee Playstyle go Feral, you love to be a Healer - np go Resto, and one of the best speccs imo Balance, DOTS everywhere and insane Single Target burst if needed (Haste CD's). Also i love Druids because you can play them very long if you want the gear for every different specc (Honor, Dungeons etc.).
:D

All time? Shaman. Enh was berserk in cata and if totem slow was back would still be very fun. Ele is strong now and I'm in the midst of building one once I finish this damned 20 page paper. I like feral for it's ability to kill healers, and it's melee dots. I really miss cata fury warrior too. Wrecking hunters fo' days. (1800 hp human fury warrior with giant growth, back when avg hp was about 1200, and good tanks had 1600ish unbuffed)

Balance druids are fun imo even though they are FOTM, I just love spreading my magical aids to all.

I really enjoy playing an arms warrior. In my opinion, warriors can have the best dps in the bracket if played right. The only problem is the mobility but MoP gave a little aid to that with Double Time. I've been having so much fun with my warrior, I haven't played any other class in about a month.

20 spriest are fun to try out. Great for support! (Superb peels,CC,shield)
That awsome moment when you kill a rogue that opens up on you.

Lately? Retribution Paladin.

Have to time your bursts, know when you need to heal, know when you need to use what cool downs, know exactly how much health your target needs to be at for you to burn them to 0. The only class/spec with the least buttons in the bracket that requires the most situational awareness to perform well as.

What I love about ret is the fact that you never know when that TV's going to come. Chained with Judgment and Crusader strike you're looking at a quick, unexpected 3 GCD combo for around 700-900 damage.

Not to mention it's nice playing a melee class that ALWAYS stays on it's target.

I don't care if I'm 5th in damage when I'm having fun.
