father of flame obtainable ?

Just wondering if its possible for a 24 to get Father Flame - Item - World of Warcraft ?

Wowhead says requirement to enter dungeon is 48, ICC doesnt have any requirement . But you never nkow unless you try haha, wowhead is wrong sometimes(rarely though).

More so than they are now, that's a lot of damage.

Missing useful stats though.

That'd be more useful on 1h/shield arms or even prot. Fury is really really bad. I'd say titans grip at 20 would make it playable.

Back in the day, it was a white item without stats so i guess the level 1 bank who had it can be a good twink.

It was obtainable in vanilla, I think it was BoE with poor stats or something, then they made it BoP and increased stats, there's 19s running around with it
