Westfalls along the coast is another good spot. Pain to get to but I believe it has a higher drop rate. What server are you on?

Prolly 1-2 hours and you should also q for RFC if it gets boring

This is all about luck mate. I've farmed RFC countless times to get it for my druid. I believe many people get it without any kind of farm.

this drops in elwynn? So does this drop pretty much anywhere around lvl 20? I wonder if it drops from the gnolls at sentinel hill, thats a instant re-spawn area.
