Only Gorosh can drop it. Each piece of the Savage Gladiator set drops from a specific boss. So if Gorosh doesn't spawn, you're not getting the chestpiece.

I don't know the drop rate except from my own personal experience. On my shaman, it took around 40 runs to get him to spawn the first time. He did not drop it. Around the 75th run, he spawned the second time and he did drop it that time. On my hunter, he spawned on the second run and did not drop it. I've done about 25 runs so far and he has not yet shown up again. However, RNG is RNG and RNJesus can giveth and RNJesus can taketh away.

Needed around 250 kills on my Shaman but I got it with a Speed proc. Worth it
In terms of numbers it spawned 13 times so about 5% spawn rate for me and 7.5% droprate for SCG. Of course those aren't the real numbers, just what I've got.

Yep. But I may just have been unlucky, some people said he has a 10% spawn chance so you may have him way more than me
No, only Head, Neck, Wrists, Waist and rings can proc a socket Rings. You can have terts on everything tho
