farming for items

So Ive been farming my legions greens on a level 25. But now i need to farm some vanilla items (widowmaker/vibroblade). Would I be farming them on the 25 or is there a better level to be on for those?

no u gotta be lvl 20 for weps and then level 22 for armor if u try to get rare/blue items
