It's a nice way to round out hit cap for horde mail melee toons (with Bracers of the Most Trusted and Boots of the Hero).

Horde are much better off using DWB and the standard strength rings. You'd need two DBs to reach cap, and you get more stats with DWB. For non draenei alliance paladins, and non fury warriors, it is BiS and required for hit cap against 20s.

demon band has dropped for me in stockades and bfd, choose bfd though because theres more mobs per run and also you get a chance of getting BFD rare which is always fun

demon band dropped for me yesterday when I was in bfd, dropped off those twilight robe mofos that be in that room on top of serrakis that underwater boss

so yeh , goodluck

Get Bravo Company Signet while u dont have Demon Band, if some day it drops, switch.

I use both when I want to be as close to hit cap as possible against 24s.
