Going for titles(in order):'the Explorer' 'the Diplomat' and 'the Insane'



Question: Has 'the insane' been done at 19? or is it even possible? I wouldnt imagine why not, since you can grind exalted in all factions.

You can't get shen'dralar at exalted at 19, cause you can't enter dire maul to do their quests.

Also, it seems like ravenholdt would be an issue as well. And everlook.
