scales of Aku'mai and shield of evil pressenses are same quest so get foreman's leggings also magicians mantle might have some real nice stamina but u should be using the res plate honor shoulders because of the amount or armor ud gain and res is never bad id also switch silver linked with boots of the hero if horde asumming this is a horde list since garrosh's pardon is on the list other than that id say the chardev is correct

Foremans Yes. Boots of the Hero is irrelevant. 2 Stam vs More hit(but you still wont be hit capped) and slightly more armor/parry(from str). If I saw a warrior with it instead of the BoE boots then i honestly would not care. Both are equally good.
In a bracket where Prot warriors only have a 50% chance to silence someone with heroic throw, with no combat charges, and no stuns; it's irrelevant to get hit capped. Especially since there's always a possibility to go up against a level 21-24. so like I said, it's irrelevant. Both are equally good.
