I think you need to link a new masked profile.

Ello's Band -Alliance-
5 Stam
4 Agi
4 Hit

vs

Legionnaire's Band
2 Stam
5 Str
5 Agi

Str has no effect for rogues. 3 Sta 4 Hit vs 1 Agi. So take Ello's Band.

I would not bother with the rares like (Doomspike, Feet of the Lynx, Ring of Precission, AGM) for a human rogue. If you want to be BiS you need to rerolll another race. I have a human rogue myself what i regret. The 120 HP from a second AGM help you survive maybe one attack more whereas restealth or sprint gives you the possibility of potential game winning attacks.

I agree it just doesnt bother me much about the racials. Gnomes are awesome with almost a double insignia great for vs. Huntards.

I will be getting Ello's though.
