F2P Policy

Do onto others, before they do to you

Hustle or get hustled

You can't turn a ho into a housewife, but you can turn her out and make some money

Other human beings exist only for my amusement

If you can't beat them, cheat them

The concept of knowledge has a wonderful beautiful paradox. The more knowledge you gain, the more you realise you don't know.

Be comfortable with the unknown, but still try to fathom it. Never though, NEVER make up a 'knowledge' for your own uncomfortable unknown.

fucking aethiest!

My life is out of balance so take this with a grain of salt.

I consider myself part of one great whole. When I see pieces of that whole which are detrimental I aim to bring them into balance. The seemingly insurmountable difficulty of changing specific circumstances is quickly pushed aside when I elevate my perspective to the big picture. I search for common symptoms or patterns and focus my efforts at the source. I don't believe in a one to one effort, it's wasteful, negligent and incredibly inefficient.

pps are flora subjects or objects???
objects
what's ur policy?
Some form of skepticism, probably. I have a tendency to distrust my own emotions and feelings, because so often they're directly destructive to myself and to people I'm close to. So, I keep to myself mostly and try to treat other people with general courtesy simply because it makes my life easier and I enjoy that.

This thread makes me smile. Here's a few I live by.

1) Do not burden others with your actions, and to a greater extent, I try to take a little burden on myself when I can.
2) Take chances. Regrets linger substantially longer than wounds.
3) Never stop growing.
4) Question your beliefs, and seek answers that bring inner peace.

and a personal favorite of mine that I'm stealing from a friend: All truly good things are founded in humility.

Activate could u rephrase?

tl;dr
All human to human conflict stems from ignorance. To prevent arbitrary conflict we must fight ignorance. The question I ask myself is, how can I become a catalyst for a global pursuit of education? The current system is a mockery of human potential, in the information age at that.

Knowledge, like money, is never enough. It just sits in dusty vaults and slowly rots away unless we USE it well, and using it well requires character. Not simply avoiding mistakes or harm, but diligently and generously pursuing good.

Love others as you love yourself.

Of course, you have to really know and love yourself before you can love another... otherwise it is merely shallow pretense.

Whoa, maybe I should be a Lovecraft twink?! Guess I'll just stick to healz...

I think external education cannot be more than information and cannot grant more than knowledge. Wisdom requires understanding and understanding requires application

I would agree with this. One of the reasons I like the sciences is education in the sciences allows for hands-on learning, thus application of the knowledge. This has been especially true for me in college biology and chemistry courses. Of course one could say the same thing about math homework; it's the application that brings about understanding.

But I get what you're saying. You don't, for example, understand empathy, until you're well-versed in practicing empathy.

LF examples of harm which I could cause when my intentions are those and only those in my sig, and LF examples of benefit which I cannot cause with only these intentions

ps yes, by nature I am harmful because I am in competition with other beings who need the same things as I do, and what I take for myself I am taking from them. I'm talking about causing further harm than living

Provide yourself with the necessities. Share your surplus or method. Coexist within your environment.
