Only managed Everlook and Shattrath (low effort, I know), but at least Fashionista Shirts is now mine. Maybe they'll do a holiday where a Kul Tiran lady shoots helms or shoulders about Dwarven District?

I snagged all but the ones in Stormhelm and Talador. Got a bit lazy and didn't feel like doing those ones, but oh well.

Damn, I would totally pay to watch a swarm of gnomes scurry-around desperately-dodging "Projectile Plate"!
Since I failed to anticipate the "Holiday", I didn't actually log-in until about 80min before the event ended... but I still (thanks to no small amount of "Dumb Luck") managed to collect all 30 T-Shirts on a single F2P without any "assistance"!
My "luck" started by not having any time to play this month, so when I was finally able to log-in I was still at the Tavern-Crawl...
...in Outland...
...with my Pandarian hearthstone.
So, I did some quick "Achieving"...
...and rapidly hearthed.
After doing my best to "chain" the remaining T-Shirt Vendors in Pandaria -> Draenor -> Northrend -> Winterspring -> Eastern Plagelands -> Broken Isles, my final goal was simply to loot "as many cannon shirts as I could" before the event soon ended.
Thanks to a collection tracking addon, I had a realtime-list of the remaining 23 T-Shirts. I looted another dozen damn quick, but then got buried in "duplicates". With only 4min to go, I was still missing 3 T-Shirts...
...at 1min left, missing 1...
...and then our Lord RNGesus blessed me with the 30th T-Shirt, about 40sec before the event ended.
I also kept the "T-Shirt Enthusiast" buff... which gives you the fun title, but also hides half of your gear (ruining most 'mogs in the process). Since it doesn't let me show-off my favorite "shinies", I adopted a temporary "Biker Bitch" aesthetic.
...and I gotta' say, I didn't predict that everything would be so much fun. Between the anxious clock-watching, the manic globe-hopping, the crowded cannon-chasing, and the chaotic loot-collecting... it was like the polar-opposite of soloing Gnomeregan!

TL;DR: Logged-in shortly before the T-Shirt Event ended... unexpectedly managed to "speed-run" every shirt #UltraSoloF2P-style and had a blast.

I kinda cheated. Used a higher level rogue but didn't bring my paladin over until I found it, resulting in a very, very painful crawl through Un'goro; starting in New Dalaran to Stormwind to Caverns of Time. The loading screens... yikes. Leveling hunter wanted to loot the chest so I had to keep tabbing back and fourth, re-opening the chest between killing mobs and the hunter trying to loot.
Chests spawn in Silithus, Un'goro, Blasted Lands, and Swamp of Sorrows.
It's a great outfit, goes well with the orb. After-all, hordies always look better in redAh, yes... I'd recognize that "Silken Chest Farming Outfit" anywhere!
