US F2p Or Vet

Uv

Grandfathered
Ok so when i first started this game I could only play f2p young dumb sneaking around to play the game so i couldnt buy a full sub. this is the reason that i fell in love with twinking and bging. but now it has came to my attention that i dont enjoy the end game and even 19 twinking as much as i used to. Im wondering how equal is a f2p compared to a p2p Vet being that i ever resub. The point im trying to get across is should i play a pure f2p or just make a level 20 on my payed account.

Vet's ultimately have access to greater chants & bank space once they get game time. From time to time, Blizz will provide some free game time. Just before BFA, they gave a free weekend of game time to Vets.
If you're not planning on subbing up, but fancy the chance of chanting up a Vet when they do provide some free game time (not that it happens very often), then start your toon on your Vet account. You will be gimped for professions, so will be slightly worse while u don't have sub, but once you get some game time.......... it's like winning the lottery ;)
Legion made F2P toons a lot more competative in bg's, but now in BFA, Vet's stand out vs true F2P's.
That's my thoughts. Either way, good luck and have fun!

I suggest Veteran too. It's too hard to have some fun without enchants nowadays to be honest.

Enchantings on average gives you between 5-35% of advantage depending on amount of enchants and your class.
It doesn't matter mostly if you f2p or vet if you get to face a decent premade solo / unbalanced comp in general.

Being a vet relieves you from exp bank and gives an option to sell all the items you get without gametime while having active account. Do not upgrade your account if you got levels banked and time invested in a character you care about.

Vets are far superior, but if you HAVE to go pure f2p then suggest a healer like a disc priest.

iv got a level 20 f2p from 2014 but what about is there any realms with a guild for 20 vets?

As far as realms go: Pure F2P (Starter Edition) players want to look to Aerie Peak, Bleeding Hollow, and Dalaran on the Alliance side for connecting with other Starter Edition players. Horde side the realm choices are: Bleeding Hollow, and Dalaran. These realm options are also solid choices for paid players, because there are (or were at one time) a good amount of guilds focused around the 20-29 Bracket.

Other realm options for paid players with Guild Consideration:
Alliance:
Darkspear (There was a guild on Darkspear that was active during Legion: <ftp bullies>)

Horde:
Illidan (There was a guild on Illidan that was also active during Legion: <Citadel of Twinks>)

However both of the "Alternative" options listed above (Darkspear and Illidan) might be a shot in the dark, probably better off rolling on Bleeding Hollow or Dalaran (+Aerie Peak if going Alliance). I have also seen some recent activity on Area 52 (for Alliance side) and Zul'jin (for Horde side), just not sure how big or sustainable those realms' communities are.

Realms don't matter in this day and age, unless you care about standing on a Goldshire fence and dueling 29s once every five minutes.

I like moon guard because in between queues it's fun to people-watch all the people in stormwind and elwynn. Stormwind city on MG has people EVERYWHERE, not just in front of the AH. It feels like an actual city.

if you can help it the obvious answer pvp wise is vet

i know f2ps that are more pvp oriented tho that enjoy it for the restrictions challenge but youll p much suck in bgs if you're not fotm

legion ww monk represent bitches!!!1

I dunno. I still dominate BGs just fine as F2P. It's mostly class dependent and involving skill, not just crutching wep chants.

It's basically a whole different thing. Most who play F2P do it because they enjoy restrictions and challenge. I love it. I also play regular (Not vet, but I have XP locked 20s on them) and enjoy it, but eh. Mostly enjoy 60s/70s on that.
