I figured that since almost every other bracket had one of these stickies F2p should probably have one.

Hi, my name is snowjobs . this name is from one of my first 19 twinks back in the day.

Hi, I'm Yde. :)


The name was actually Paladin specific, it's from an old chanson de geste, the French epic poems describing the original Paladins and other heroics. Yde is a woman who becomes a great knight disguised as a man. (That was the part I found impressive, ignore the story element that to save her life an angel actually turns her into a male. ^^) Yde et Olive - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Now I also have priests and stuff based on the name because it's grown on me so much. :)

I used to have very different names for each of my characters, always based on mythology and literature, this is the first time I've identified with one so much. ^^ I even had an Athene at one point, because Athena is my favourite greek goddess.

I'm SallyG. Pretty epic name if I do say so myself.

Anyway, I have so many characters there is no point listing them all. Anonymous! I started off on AP, but some of the bad apples made me seek greener pastures. I currently play on Horde Vashj.

I have oodles of F2P (see above) and 2 P2P 20's. Oh the horror!

What I do in the forums is pretty much what I do in game... I never seem to end a play session without at least one person typing in caps at me :( Usually it's a 24. *Tear*

I emote spam GY farmers as I kill them (slap on da wrist). My current favorite is /ruffle.

I'm La'Haryl. Toons in Sig. People hate me on the forums, in public, because it makes them feel better and it makes them look cool. They PM me for help with classes after seeing how good I am in game because they're bad. :)
 
Salve, ... I am Thor... here.... Visatorul ... in WoW..

Thor was my favorite god.. from norse mythology... associated... with strength, thunder and protection of mankind... My great-grandfather used to read me, when I was little, norse stories and greek stories from his books... and of course... his favorite book was.. " The Greatest Geographical Discoveries ! " ... and old huge book with balck & white drawn pictures... I still have it in my office....

I used to fall asleep listening to stories about gods and adventure... that way I discovered... the world of dreaming... where I could be anyone I wanted to be... I was so silly and I started to tell my grandparents about my dreams.. They used to laugh about that.. and they began to call me ... The Dreamer...

Now.. Most of the time I have lucid dreams... and I am very superstitious after a nightmare in which I couldn't control anything...

Visătorul... means ... The Dreamer ...

I had two characters back in WoTLK ..... a level 69 Retribution Paladin Twink... and a level 1 Rogue Twink....

Now I have a level 20 Paladin... Visătorul ...

Klindas the name, Battlegroundings the game.(that was lame)

I enjoy pvping(healer extrardinaire), music, quietness and loneliness along with different types of food. I enjoy many types of music and an even wider variety of artists and bands including Thrice, bullet for my valentine, Ellie Goulding, avenged sevenfold, Blue stahli, Adventure club dubstep, metrik. Rameses B, The glitch mob, disturbed, Skrillex, Avicii, Disarmonia Mundi, paramore,oceanlab, soilwork, some Japanese artists/ music that is anime-related and anything else extremely eargasmic that plays on my pandora playlist :)

Did i also mention I love healing in pvp? here's my only current character Klinda @ Jaedenar - Game Guide - World of Warcraft.

Did i also mention I like music? I'm also an anime fanatic who enjoys cool anime such as Naruto, Bleach, Pokemon(gotta catch em all!) and several other anime. I'm also christian(evangalist)

and Yde, isn't Yde also a town somewhere in germany?
 
Hey hey, I are Swoops. Name comes from semi-inside joke with friends, I'll spare the details (mostly because I dislike telling stories on the interwebs that give away the fact that I'm a terrible person :) ). Played AP for a bit when I started F2P back in April, still try to hop on there occasionally. Starting F2P turned out pretty much exactly how I expected, got trapped into reactivating my account. Splitting time between the two accounts now, mainly on Vashj Horde (helped inspire a recent defection from Ally over there).

My current casual project is a full on glass cannon set for the 20 mage, something along the lines of chardev 9. Doubt it will be too too viable, but fully consumabled up it should be fun to mess around with once in awhile :).

I'm a pretty pleasant person, but I will admit to a low tolerance for generally unappreciative/inconsiderate people and undergeared 24s. My tendency to spend most of my time in this game on autorun gets me into trouble on occasion. I enjoy making up words and using parentheses in sentences, along with some occasional innocent trolling.

More importantly than all of this though, I did in fact discover /ruffle.
 
Oh Hello ! My name is Purse. I joined Aerie Peak Horde in December 2011 as "Swagpurse" to be part of TEAM SWAG.

I don't really enjoying playing alts, because having 1 toon is stressful enough for me already! You can see my Swagpurse main in my sig, and also the "Jimmy" spinoff Holy Paladin on AP Ally. I'm addicted to mages, you'll find I roll mage pretty much everywhere and in every game. Paladins are also pretty cool. I currently spend most of my time botting in Diablo 3, where I play a "melee/tank Wizard".

I used to be the Community Leader/Bracket Manager for some reason - and one day I had an emotional meltdown which caused me to impulsively announce I was quitting the game.

Ok, that didn't really happen but I just wanted to take a short break and focus on "real life".

Ok, that part isn't true either - what really made me decide to leave F2P was because I had a secret crush on Rhaellia and things were movin way too fas.....- /gaze

Ok, you are probably thinkin' now "This Swagpurse kid must be a troll.....". Well, that isn't true, I'm actually Blood Elf.

Ooo an intro thread, great idea Snow. And nice to meet you all (again, for some) :)

Hi! I'm um.... Kearbear, but I don't actually have a current toon by that name so I usually end up going by Tk or Tkat for my main and only twink at the moment Tkat II. Been free and clear of paying for WoW since last June (hallelujah) and don't see myself going back. I like running teh flag, but been messing around on balance lately because it's actually pretty fun and you can't run run run for too long without wanting to stop and kill something :) Have an AP toon but due to my generally anti-social behavior and the fact that I will probably never be patient enough to get an LFH for it means I'm never on >_>

Outside bging I like drawing and taking pictures, practicing my lousy Chinese, and traveling. Been living in China since Feb. which is imho totally worth the substantial drop in internet quality that comes with it, but if I lag or dc frequently you know why :D

Hi I'm Drünk. I quit drinking to focus on Warcraft :p

I am one of the original f2p pioneers along with about two dozen people (on this forum anyways after f2p became unlimited) but it seems like it was more fun a year ago - maybe it's me - maybe it's you - maybe the magic has just... faded. Don't take it personally. We'll still be friends and I'll visit - I swear. How 'bout a last salad tossing for old time's sake? Err... oops - wrong thread - sorry... carry on.
