US f2p friends list?

weird issue here. So I have a paid account and created a linked f2p account. I noticed my friends list doesnt show up on the linked account and not sure if that is a bug/glitch i should report or if I have to create a new list? I turned off my payment on my main account so once it expires I wonder if it will fix itself. Anyone have experience with this?

You cannot access Battle.net friends in game on F2P.
