OMG IT DID DROP!!! After posting here, I decided to go hardcore on that. Switched to a 20-60 zone and farmed the shit out of it for 2 days. Realm hopping and everything. Started to get a few other ilvl 25s and 10 minutes ago it finally did drop! The best part - it is the exact combination I was looking for - 3 crit / 5 vers. Here is a how it compares to the 2 alternatives for close to BiS leather waists:

Not sure who of all you guys asked the RNGesus to help me, but thanks! I will update the list of items in case someone decides to go on a mission and farm those in the future.

U are a leather wearing class requiring Int, right? Then why don't u wear Embrace of the Viper set from WC? which means u need to wear Belt of the Fang
