f2p class/spec balance question

I've been wanting to play wow a lot lately, but really haven't felt like paying so I figured I'd just make a f2p twink. Out of these class/specs which one is the most above average but not overpowered? I don't wanna wreck people with a dumb class but I don't wanna play a spec that's next to useless (Like enh seems to be).
Resto sham, warlock, enh sham, any warrior, prot pal, holy pal are the class/specs I would like to play.

did u just classify those classes as useless?

enh isnt useless at all.

i would recommend you frost mage or elesham.
 
Non healing Casters such as Mages and locks are very underrated but they perform very well with virtually all specs. You will die a lot but they are both viable choices. Rogues are OP but not too OP where balance is concerned. Warriors are very good, all of there specs are good minus fury, don't roll fury if you roll a warrior.

Ret paladins lack a bit in damage but they make up for it in off heals. Ele shammy is viable, very viable since 5.3, enh is not useless but you will die a lot against rogues/ hunters.

20 shadow priests are next to useless, minus well just not be there at all, at least others can breathe that oxygen with you gone.

Be prepared to fight against ~ 4 hunters in WSG and around ~ 6 in AB.
If you arent doing premades I would suggest to pick Resto Sham, Prot/Hpally. The other options will have a really hard time nowadays.
 
Resto shams have great survivability and are hard to deal with when played right! All the classes you listed should be fine, warrior are expected to have a big buff in 5.4 so that wouldnt be bad to prepare for. B-)

I would recommend arms warrior. Loys of fun (with or without premade, you'll still perform extremely well!)

LOL thx tay! Its just to fun for me to play.
 
I am here to dis all you enhancement shaman dissers.

First of all enhancement only recieved a nerf to dmg when mop hit but with that unaccounted it probably has the most utility of any melee class. And can be so helpfull to a group if played well. I believe enhancement shaman allows for better cc and manipulation than elemental( idgaf if it has like "a shit load of dmg"), also if using a correct rotation to ensure ur always putting out your best dps enhancement can put a lot of pressure.

Finally, idk how u all say we loose to hunters because even if they are great kiters enhance has quite the inventory full of ways to survive ( some more from my pov since i play dwarf). Over all its one of the funnest specs to play like Ret pally and i have tons of fun playing mine. So i deeply suggest u plp go play one, instead of speaking from biased view.

Enhance like all UP classes now must be played seriously to be amazing, so dont think cuz u cant faceroll a spec/class that it sucks

All shaman specs so amazing they should rename the class to Shamazing.


Joking aside, I personally enjoy Ele Shaman, Resto Shaman and Disc Priest most at the moment, occasionally Holy Priest for a bit more challenge.

Don't currently play 'em, but greatly enjoyed having a Frost Mage, Ret Pally and Destro Lock around yesterday. :)

I like resto shams for FCs they are pretty fast and tough. Especially compared to a 4+ debuff Druid fc.

Druids are flag runners not flag holders.
