EU+US F2P bg's nowadays (without enchants)

Care to elaborate? Do you mean that as a F2P you won't be impactful without enchants?
If that is the case: With recent nerfs to enchants the playingfield is more even then before. Gear matters more than enchants (I know it sound stupid). The gap between F2P and veteran is quite small and this makes the game very enjoyable.
Crusader is the only busted enchant remaining I think.

I was talking with Fat Al just this past weekend about how more enjoyable BGs have been since the patch.
Even my losses have been enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as losing can be) because it never came down to "we're just out twinked" so much as it was the other team just played better.
And given the lack of tryhard 29s instagibbing everyone, BG chat is even more pleasant. People are alot less stressed out now that they can contribute more than bodies to a 29s HK count.

A very old exploit that was obsolete but is back in vogue and still works. It's a macro but means you have to stand next to the xp lock npc while you queue.

They're either exploiting the que system or they're leveling through. I still see em occasionally, though I imagine it'll eventually die offI'm enjoying my F2P Rogue again
Vet's do well, and F2P's are competitive also.
But can someone tell me why / how some 29's still sneak into our bg's? Had some 29 Fury just now mince us all up? There's obviously some exploit going on allowing them back in? WTF?

No it was definitely a twink. I screen shot em and check em out. 22k kills so def a twink.
But there have been some just passing through.
But overall it’s nice to be able to be competitive again as F2P.
