agility = atack power = dodge

Id say stack crit. Seeing how ridic damage is you'd be better off critting high almost all the time but you should still keep a decent amount of agi. Something like this:

lfh/eyepatch
scouts medallion
sfk shoulders/loom if horde
bandit cloak
fanf/azure scale
black wolf bracers
wicked
wicked
naga gloves
bandit belt
lynx
dpr
rop
agm
insignia

should give u very high crit and ap.

bis ele shaman's healing surge for 330 (650 crit)... our only heal has a 1.5 sec cast time that heals for 330hp?
why have the spell at all? makes for quick fights. factor in a pay to win opponent... bad

That's bad, especially since rogues are hitting 1k ambushes, I'm kinda thinking people will go holy pally for healing because of more armor and halfway decent mobility.
